## General Service Policy (Residential) **Effective Spring 2025** Lawn Therapist provides mowing and light yard cleanup (eco-debris) for residential properties under 5,000 sq ft. Each standard visit includes up to 1 hour of mowing and debris cleanup for $60 (full price for single-session service). Additional time is billed at $60/hour, in 15-minute increments - unless otherwise arranged in advance. **Scheduling & Payment** Appointments must be booked in advance. Payment is due **before service is rendered**. We accept cash, credit cards, online payment, and preferred payment apps. Packages are refundable if canceled - remaining balance is refunded **minus completed sessions at full rate.** **Access Requirements** Please unlock gates and secure pets before your scheduled time. If we cannot safely access the yard, a **minimum fee may still apply.** **Debris & Waste Disposal** Standard service includes bagging clippings and leaves and placing them in your on-site bin. Haul-away is not included, but available for an extra fee: • Small load (1–3 bags): $10–15 • Medium (4–6 bags): $20–30 • Large (7+ bags or bulky): $40–60+ **Cancellations & Weather** We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a prep fee. If weather makes service unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no cost. **Pet Waste Add-On** Pet waste removal is available in two ways: • As an add-on to lawn service (single visit or bundled) • As a standalone one-time cleanup (see dedicated Pet Waste Policy for pricing and details) We do not offer recurring weekly pickup services. Bagged waste is placed in your trash bin unless haul-away is requested (extra fee). Pets must be secured and yard accessible during service. **Discount & Coupon Policy** Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Military, senior, or other offers are valid individually but may not be stacked. **Current Referral Bonus – Spring '25** Give $5. Get $5. Refer a friend and they’ll get $5 off their first service. Once they book and complete their visit, you’ll get $5 off your next one. Referral credits may be combined with one other discount.
