Treat your lawn - and yourself. We mow. Then we host. You relax. After your lawn is freshly cut, a separate Lawn Therapist host sets up and serves a light outdoor gathering for you and up to 4 guests. Includes: - Lawn mowing and light cleanup - Table and chair setup (yours or ours) - Water, hot coffee, and tea - Locally-sourced cake (serves up to 4) - Light post-party cleanup - Perfect for birthdays, self-care days, or just an excuse to enjoy your freshly trimmed lawn. **Don’t worry - the person who mows is not the one serving the cake. Heads up: - Outdoor-only event, weather permitting - Cake may contain allergens (gluten, dairy, nuts, etc.) - No alcohol or amplified music provided - Pets must be secured; yard must be accessible - Final guest count and details must be confirmed 48 hours in advance - Lawn Therapist is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or other incidents during the event Read full Terms & Conditions below.

Lawn Therapist – Lawn Party Terms & Conditions Effective Spring 2025 Service Overview Lawn Parties are a light outdoor hospitality service offered after lawn mowing. A separate Lawn Therapist host will set up and serve a small gathering for up to 4 guests. This is perfect for birthdays, self-care moments, or simply enjoying your freshly trimmed yard. What’s Included - Lawn mowing and light yard cleanup - Table and chair setup (yours or ours) - Beverage service: water, hot coffee, and tea - Locally-sourced cake (serves up to 4) - Light cleanup after the event Optional Upgrade An 8-person Lawn Party is available and includes: - Additional table and 4 extra chairs - A larger or second cake * Upgrade must be requested when booking. Terms & Considerations - Outdoor-only service, weather permitting - Final guest count and special requests must be confirmed 48 hours in advance - Cakes are sourced locally and may contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, or nuts - No alcohol, smoking, or amplified music is allowed - The yard must be accessible, pet-free, and safe for setup and hosting - The host may cancel or end service early if conditions are unsafe or disruptive - Lawn Therapist is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage during your event Booking & Payment - Full payment is due in advance to reserve your Lawn Party - Events may be rescheduled due to weather or emergencies with at least 48 hours’ notice - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled event may result in a partial or full charge, depending on costs already incurred (such as cake or rental prep) Also Offered and Effective Spring 2025 The Wishing You Well Party (Special Package Upgrade - See 'The Workshop' for availability.) The Wishing You Well Party Package combines our standard Lawn Party service with a handcrafted wooden wishing well, built to order by The Home Therapist. Additional Terms & Considerations for Wishing You Well Party: - 72 hours’ notice is required to book this package, allowing time to build your custom wishing well. - The well is approx. 1.5–2 ft wide × 4–5 ft tall and delivered as part of the event setup. - Free delivery within Southern Colorado is included. - Portion of proceeds supports local veterans’ organizations. - All other Lawn Party terms (e.g., guest count, weather policy, yard access) also apply.
