Pet Waste Cleanup – Standalone Service Policy Effective Spring 2025 Lawn Therapist offers one-time or occasional pet waste cleanup services for residential yards in the Pueblo, CO area. This service is separate from regular lawn care and is available for properties with accessible, manageable terrain. Pricing - Small yard, recent waste (1 dog) – $45 - 2+ dogs or 2–3 weeks of buildup – $65 - Heavy buildup / long-neglected yards – $90+ Final pricing depends on yard size, waste level, and time required. If we arrive and conditions exceed what was booked, we may adjust the rate before proceeding. What's Included - Full pet waste removal from lawn area - Bagging and placing in your trash bin - Light rinse of tools and area (if needed) - Haul-away available for an added fee (quoted at time of service) Important Notes - Pets must be secured during service - Yard must be safely accessible - We do not offer weekly pet waste pickup as a recurring service - Additional charges may apply for hard-to-access areas, excessive buildup, or other hazards **Discount & Coupon Policy** Only one discount or promotional offer may be applied per order. Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Military, senior, or other offers are valid individually but may not be stacked. **Current Referral Bonus – Spring '25** Give $5. Get $5.
